Mind Body Medicine and Kinesiology look at the link between our mind and body when addressing health issues (physical and emotional).
They use a mixture of complementary therapies and counselling to identify and release stresses within the body. All 3 levels of stress is addressed stress within a person, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Therapies include; acupressure, traditional chinese medicine philosophy, counselling, mind body medicine, kinesiology, vibrational medicine (flower essences, sound, chakra healing, crystals, and homeopathy), nutrition, blood and lymph reflexes, and chiropractic techniques.
