Lemon & warm water – why is it so good for me?
Ok so most of you would have heard by now that lemon and warm water is a great way to start they day. Notice I said lemon and warm (not hot) water.
Firstly there is something you should know about lemons – they are quiet incredible. Lemons have a high acidic content, however when put in water they turn alkaline.
An alkaline diet is what we need to have to ensure we stay dis -ease free and healthy. Have a morning cup of lemon and warm water and watch your health and connection to yourself improve. I actually sip through out the day as well.
Lemon and warm water has a number of different health benifits and it is so easy to incorporate into our morning routine. If you want to be extra good you can add parsley to help your liver cleanse more effieciently.

Lemons also contain substances with antimicrobial properties that keep cold and flu viruses away. Alkalize the body – Though lemons seem acidic on first glance, they are one of the most alkalizing foods for the body when added to water.
